Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
What you pay for
Every tool on this site is free. The only thing you can pay for is keeping a published 360 tour online for a set number of days (a plan). Each tour gets its first day free, so you can check that it works for your clients before you pay anything.
Refunds
- Charged but not unlocked. If you paid and your tour did not come back online within 24 hours (or within 2 days for UPI, which we check by hand), we refund you in full.
- Charged twice. Duplicate payments for the same plan are refunded in full.
- The service failed. If your tour was unavailable because of a fault on our side for more than a day of a paid plan, we add those days back or refund that part, as you prefer.
- Changed your mind. Plans are short and the first day is free to try, so we do not refund a plan once the tour is online because you no longer need it. Write to us within 7 days if something special happened and we will look at it fairly.
- Taken down. No refund for a tour removed because it broke the hosting terms.
Cancelling
Plans do not renew on their own, so there is nothing to cancel. When the paid time ends the tour pauses, and it is deleted 5 days later unless you buy another plan. You can delete a tour yourself at any time from its owner page.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] or use the Feedback button, with your tour link (not the edit link), the date, the amount and the payment method. For UPI, include the 12-digit reference number. We answer within 3 working days.
Approved refunds go back the way you paid: to your card or bank through Razorpay, to your PayPal account, or to the UPI ID that paid. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money.
