Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped
Everything we sell is a digital service delivered online. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges.
What you get and when
- Card, netbanking and PayPal payments: your 360 tour is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. The new end date shows on your tour's owner page.
- UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others): we check each payment by hand, usually within a few hours and always within 2 working days. Your tour unlocks once it is approved.
- Where it is delivered: your tour stays on the same share link, at www.polycraftvisualss.co.uk, for the number of days in the plan you bought.
If something goes wrong
If you paid and your tour did not unlock in the times above, write to [email protected] or use the Feedback button with your tour link and payment reference. See the refund policy for refunds.
